Live event video, multi-camera coverage and streaming

You get one take. We staff conferences, product launches, annual meetings and town halls with multi-camera crews and streaming engineers who have run live broadcasts, so the show goes out clean and you leave with footage worth cutting.

Multi-camera event coverage

Two to six camera setups covering keynotes, panels, awards, demos and the room itself, with a switcher and a director calling the show. Clean feeds recorded per camera so post is not stuck with whatever the line cut chose.

Livestreaming, webcasting and hybrid events

Streaming to YouTube, LinkedIn, Vimeo, Zoom, Teams and custom players, with redundant bonded internet, backup encoders, remote presenter integration, moderated Q and A and slide or presentation feeds. Hybrid town halls where the room and the remote audience get the same show.

Interviews, sizzle reels and same-day highlights

An interview corner capturing attendees, customers and executives while they are already on site, plus an editor on location cutting a same-day or next-morning highlight reel you can post while the event still matters.

Audio, presentation and technical direction

Board feeds from house audio or our own mixers, wireless mics, comms, confidence monitors, graphics playback and a technical producer who runs the rehearsal so the client is not troubleshooting during the keynote.

Questions we get asked

Can you stream and record at the same time?
Yes. Every stream is recorded per camera as well, so you can cut proper session videos and highlight reels afterwards.
Do you cover events outside your home cities?
Yes, with local crews across North America and no travel fees.

Tell us about the project and we will scope it.

Fifteen minutes with a senior producer, a clear recommendation, and a detailed estimate if you want one.
